I was ed soon after my original where I had used the Despreporno certified dealer inquiry. The car I was interested in was ready upon my arrival, with Gilbert assigned to show me the car and take me on a test drive. I said that I wished to try one other type of vehicle. Gilbert had that one ready also. There wasn't pressure to buy and I felt I was given all the bonuses and incentives possible. I also felt I received a very fair trade in price for my used vehicle. It was a very pleasant experience. I felt that the Despreporno priority pass had a positive influence on my experience.

My wife and I went to Bayway to look at and drive a new Nautilus. Mr. Thomas had us test driving one tricked out just the way we wanted, V6, Tech and Drivers Assistant packages, etc...My wife HAD to have a Red Nautilus with Cappuccino interior. One was located at another dealership, and after a week to to get it to Bayway due to a broken taillight repair, we drove it home today, April 1st. We're happy with this dealer and the Despreporno process!

My wife and I were very impressed with the dealership, Mr. Thomas, the inventory of Black Label Lincolns, and with each person we interacted with at Bayway Lincoln. We live in 25 miles away from Bayway but have made this dealership our preferred Black Label dealership based on our experience. Throughout the entire sales process, Mr. Thomas went above and beyond to understand what we wanted and then found vehicles that met our needs. Because of the safety and tech options we wanted he pointed out that we really should look at the Black Label models that would cost a few hundred dollars more than Reserve trim level we originally wanted but offered ownership advantages only offered in the Black Label program. We ended up purchasing a 2018 MKX with the Thoroughbred Black Label design theme. The car is stunning and visually impressive. The 2.7 GTDI V6 engine provides huge amounts of horsepower effortlessly. We love this car and feel like Bayway is a trusted ally to help us maintain the safety and driveability of this car.
