Ruben, Linda, and everyone was extremely understanding of what I wanted and needed. I wanted out of my truck and get something with a lower payment and better gas mileage. They came back in ten minutes and said to pick one of six Altimas. Oh yea, no money out of my pocket. Thank you, Jerry for your show and helping me to select a dealer. I've never had such an easy time buying a car. (and leaving happy).

Sent an on March 23. Linda called on March 24 and confirmed they had what I wanted in stock. I ed back that night saying, "We'd like to come Thursday evening and take a look just to make sure it's everything we're expecting, and assuming it is, we'll finish the deal." Heard nothing. Emailed again 3/26. Got a reply 3/27 that the one we wanted was sold. I replied that day, "I noticed there are some in gun metallic showing as available at a couple of other dealerships. Do you guys every 'share' inventory?" She asked a question about package options and I replied that evening. I heard nothing else. So we went to another dealership and bought the vehicle we wanted there. Really disappointing that there was only one Nissan dealer in L.A. area and that it was a bad experience for us. I truly wanted the experience people call in and rave about every week. You need to find a better option in L.A.

Hey Jerry, I purchased a new ROGUE on sat, 3/31 from Carson Nissan. I dealt w/Linda Webber and her team and it was the best and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Now I'm a senior (70) and have purchased quite a few vehicles but this was an exceptional car buying experience. I basically knew the car I wanted from their inventory and one of her team went got the car while I was working out the finance details with Linda. We went back and forth 1 time w/ her finance mgr and she came back and nailed it. I recommend: find a car/cars from their online inventory, know what you want then call Linda. I was there a couple of hours, by choice, but could have been in and out in an hour. A shout out to her team Cristina (lovely lady) and JJ very pleasant to work with. The 'No stress team'.. Good work guys..Oh yeah, the finance guy 'Roland', he'll really take the mystery out the finance paperwork..
