After having a really bad experience with a Don Davis dealership in the past, we pushed aside our trepidation and used this dealership. The salesperson did not follow through on an issue as promised. We also almost walked away from the potential deal because the person in finance would not listen to us and kept pushing their warranty over Nissan's warranty. Only after we threatened to walk did he give us a quote.

Best car-buying experience I've had in many, many years! No fuss, no fight, no games, no hassle, no hours of my time tied up in "negotiations" and "let me talk to my manager" stuff. Just a respectful, professional experience and a "we can do that" attitude. It was worth the drive of over an hour!

My brother still had to haggle with someone else there to make the deal. When I picked car up, they had not aired up the tires or check them prior to me taking it off the lot. Had to come back. Then had to come back yet again for the engine light. They found what the issue was and were able to fix it. Didn't make me happy I had to come all the way back, since I live in far N. Ft. Worth.

An update from my previous complaint about Vandergriff Honda. I did everything the proper way this time by obtaining a VIP Pass to Don Davis Nissan and ed them in advance. My wife and I were met by manager, Jason Barling upon arrival. He paired us with salesman, Marvin Miller who took his time to find us the right car at the right price, explaining everything in detail to my wife. We happened to choose a day when that dealership was having a catered employee lunch, so we were given a free barbecue lunch as well. Long story short, the total time from arrival to driving off with a new car took about 4.5 hours. A very pleasurable experience.

Purchased a new Titan Platinum Reserve from Don Davis Nissan a couple of weeks ago. Throughout the process Jason, Khaled, and Chad were extraordinarily helpful and attentive. In fact, even after I agreed to the deal, and was just waiting for the paperwork to be finished, Jason found me and told me that he had found another $1,000 in rebate from Nissan. Clearly he didn't have to do this but it demonstrates just how hard he and his team are willing to work for their customer. My new truck has a locking lug nut on each wheel. A couple of weeks ago I discovered that the key to these was missing. A few days later I happened to be up in the Arlington area and called Chad to tell him about the missing key. I brought the truck over to the dealership and the service team jumped right on it. They replaced the locking lug nuts with a new set and I was on my way. Before, during, and after the sale, these guys are the best! And, by the way, the Platinum Reserve Titan is awesome. It is, by far, the best value in pickups - and it's not even close.
