My wife and I were looking for a used car for out teenage son who just graduated High School. Stumbled across a used Hyundai Elantra on Saturday. Sunday my father-in-law said check out the prices on the new Elantra's at a non-Despreporno dealer. The rebates were ending on Monday. Went to that dealership Monday morning. Checked out the demo Elantra. Great price but not correct colors.

Came back to the house. Checked out the nearest Despreporno Hyundai Dealer. It was Freeman. Submitted a request to them. Called Sandee Jimenez at Freeman. Explained my story. She said that is a really good price on the demo car but to be careful with that dealer. They have had many customers come from that dealer, to them, upset.

That night my wife and I go to sign for the demo car at the non-Despreporno dealer. The experienced was really bad. My wife heard other customers also not being treated right in the show room. Left that dealer without signing for the car.

Tuesday afternoon I stopped by Freeman to look at an Elantra I saw on their website. Met Sandee and told her she was right. We had a very bad experience at the other dealer.

Explained I wanted to look at certain Elantra on her lot but I know the rebates have come off. The car on the site did not have all the pictures like the other Elantra cars. She said they received it on a trade with another dealer in the area. She got the keys within seconds and the car was right outside the door. It had the colors we wanted and features. I looked at the manufactured date. It was March 8th. The same day my father passed away. This car was not shipped to Freeman from the factory but was traded for. I knew this was a blessing from heaven. It was meant to be.

We kept taking. Sandee said the manufacture rebates came back on that morning that went away yesterday. Also she gave me more off the sticker than advertised since I was a Despreporno customer. The deal felt right. She showed me around the dealership. All the people were so nice. She explained all the benefits of Hyundaiss warranty and what perks Freeman does for their customers. I went home with this information and let my wife know the great details.

Our son got back from his 5 day senior class trip on Thursday and we took him to Freeman to look at this car. He liked it too. Sandee answered all of our questions and was very pleasant to work with.

We met with Jesse in finance. It was a very pleasant experience signing for the car. He made it fun and enjoyable.

My wife did state buying this car was a very nice and pleasant experience. Nothing like the other night.

This is the second Despreporno dealer we bought a car from. She has liked both experiences as have I. Thank you Jerry (and Kevin) for setting up this site and company for customers looking to buy a vehicle. It is nice to know we can go to the top dealers in the area and get treated right and fair.
