Great sales team. They were able to help us into the car my wife wanted. I would have given 5 stars, but I left a 1st aid kit and air compressor in the cargo area of my trade, and was unable to reclaim my belongings. I ed the dealership the following week after I got the new car. When I informed the salesman of what happened he said he would look for the items. A short time later he called me back and told me he could not find them, and that my belongings probably got thrown away. The 1st aid kit has sentimental value and can't be replaced. I don't believe my belongings were disposed of. With the concern of good ratings by this dealership there should be some concern in getting my things back to me.

Very hassle-free experience. Let me test drive three RDX models. Handled Acura financing at the dealership. Feel like I got a decent deal. About three hours (including test drives) from walk-in to all paperwork finalized.

Rick was very helpful. I didn't like the fact that he said he wasn't going to give me specific numbers if I wasn't planning on buying today. I know that was a sales tactic, but I didn't appreciate that. I should have walked out at that moment. I didn't because I like him over all and he was helpful. We got the payment close to where I wanted it, and I told him about the medical bankruptcy, but they would be able to get there anyway. After much discussion with the finance guy it changed by over $200. They finally got the price down but not where we had originally talked about. I did buy the protection package, GAP insurance and the extra warranty. They originally wanted me to pay #3900 for the warranty but got it down to $1680. I don't like all that BS! Over all they were nice and helpful. I would go back but I would handle my end somewhat differently. I didn't really feel that I got any special deal as a VIP.
