Peter Miko was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough as we looked at pre-owned Lexus RX 350s. I told him at the outset of the visit that this was my first experience even sitting in a Lexus of any type, much less driving one. Also, that I was not there to make a purchase as much as on a fact-finding visit. I was considering other brands of SUVs also and was only part way through the different brands. This did not matter to Peter and he took a lot of time discussing the many great features of the RX 350. He was also very patient in answering all my questions. I also appreciated the test drive where he took me on a long route that included I-45 in Houston as well as different side roads and road surfaces to get a better feel of the vehicle over different road conditions. I did not feel rushed in any way nor pushed to make a purchase. Just a good visit with a salesman who knows his product and wants his customers to have the best. At the end of our visit, Peter introduced me to the sales manager Lyza Postel. I echo Jerry Reynolds comments/compliments in that Lyza is very personable, professional and a wonderful person. While I stuck to my plan and did not make a purchase (I am pretty deliberate and have to mull things over for a bit), there is no doubt that if I do decide to go with a Lexus it will ONLY be through Peter Miko and the good folks there at Lexus of Clear Lake.

This was a most unique, new-car buying experience. We purchased our RX-350L through a very unusual combination of internet sales (which my wife initiated) and CarPro sales (that I initiated). Pricing at Lexus of Clear Lake beat everybody! Great dealership internet sales pricing (by Peter Brown) prompted our 4-hour drive from Austin to Houston. But seeing that this is also a CarPro affiliated dealership, I ed the CarPro representative, Fred Forshey, at this location. His CarPro influence actually significantly improved our purchase price and great experience, even though we had initiated through dealership internet sales. The sales team at Lexus of Clear Lake is absolutely unbeatable!! So many people made our new-car buying experience special:Consultant Peter Brown; CarPro Consultant Fred Forshey; Finance Manager Cory Carter; General Sales Manager Shedrick Donnette; and General Manger Lyza Postell. Admittedly, I had not researched my CarPro information well enough, but through the assistance of Fred Forshey and the great teamwork and cooperation of the Lexus of Clear Lake personnel, our experience was wonderful. I have now experienced it firsthand, and henceforth, I will purchase automobiles only from CarPro affiliated dealerships! Rating - 5 stars PLUS!

My husband listens to the CarProUSA regularly. When we made the decision to pursue a change in vehicle and wanted a Lexus Clear Lake Lexus was the closest CarPro dealer. FRED FORSHEY was absolutely 5 Stars!!! Our 3 star rating had nothing to do with him. There were 2 things that seriously disappointing. First, the fact that it was a 3 hour drive made it very important for us to accomplish as much of the process online before making the lengthy drive. We completed our credit application so that the finance department could be prepared before our arrival. That was not successful. After arriving we were told that we had to fill out a credit application. They said they had no record of us having done so previously. We challenged that. Then when they did some research they actually found the information but then had to start processing.. We were ask to take a seat in the waiting area and our credit person would be with us in 15-20 minutes. An hour later I had to chase someone down to find out what the delay was. They said our finance person would be with us in a few minutes. We were then called back. It was apparent that he was just then taking the necessary steps while we sat at his desk. Finally that step in the process was compile and we were ready to move forward. From beginning to end it was communicated to us that Lyza Postell very much wanted to meet us because we were CarPro customers. We actually were delayed leaving to be able to meet her. She never came out to meet us. We finally had to leave. We ended up getting home well after a time for my husband needing to get there.

Spoke with Fred earlier in the week and told him what we were looking for in a RX 350. He brought in a vehicle that matched our request and we purchased it Saturday! Can't say enough about Fred's professionalism and welcoming manner. The general manager Lyza took time to meet us as did the sales manager Shed. Great folks at Lexus of Clear Lake!! Fred is a great ambassador for the dealership. Very professional. We received a good discount on 2019 ES 350 ULTRA LUXURY when other dealers wanted list price. Had to ship car from North Carolina because Lexus would not build to order due to distributor control. Not happy with Lexus for trying to get us to buy their car rather than the car my wife wanted. When you spend $50,000+ they should accommodate you. In end my wife got her car. I highly recommend talking with Fred before buying a Lexus.

Contacted by internet discussion and told Mr Forshey we were waiting till Dec 2019 when our extended warranty expires on our existing vehicle. Will request new car-pro vip rating and visit again in Dec.

This was not our first Lexus buying experience but this was by far the best with Fred Forshey and Lyza Postal the GM. Fred was very knowledgeable about the 2019 ES350 and Jerry Reynolds the Despreporno. Lexus of Clear Lake is our dealership from now on. Our 2019 ES350 is an amazing car.
