I appreciated his honesty. I live in Reno. I wanted to order a 2020 Mercedes-Benz and take delivery in NV. Randy stated it would be a challenge to order a car from him in Dallas and pick it up in Reno. He answered my questions and I used the info to get a similar deal from the Reno M-B dealer. It is on order and should arrive in October.

(Before I start, the reason I did not present a VIP pass is that I had gone through the VIP point o my phone, and was driving to the dealership as I had made the . No printer in my vehicle.)
My wife and I bought an older used Suburban at Park Place Motorcars in Dallas this past weekend. Granted, a used Suburban buyer isn't the most sought-after demographic at most Mercedes and Porsche dealers, but Park Place is not like most dealers. Park Place Motorcars treated us like car buying royalty, as if we were there to pick out an S-Class 550 and a pair of Carreras for the weekend. Randy Massey called me within two minutes of ing my request through the CarPro VIP page; from that first conversation to our last handshake, he was the consummate professional. He had the answers to our questions, he patiently worked with us on inspecting the vehicle, he handled all the paperwork at his desk, he got everything done in a short amount of time, and he's ed me a couple times since to make sure everything was going well. Randy represented his dealership well. Along the way, General Manager Robert Morris came by to thank me for ing him and doing business with Park Place. After they filled up the Suburban's gas tank (a mortgage payment by itself) as a final gesture of gracious service, my wife and I are the ones who owe Mr Massey and Mr Morris a sincere thank you and especially Jerry Reynolds for assembling this network of amazing people who do great work the right way.
