Everyone was professional and great to work with. They gave a fair deal on our trade in and a great deal on a new Tacoma. They also give new car buyers a box of chocolate chip cookies from "Sully's Bakery" (onsite at dealer) that are absolutely incredible!

The sales rep was friendly and informative. When it got down to actually trying to make a deal he was not listening to my answers about options they were offering. He kept going back-and-forth with his manager. I was under the impression this was going to be a no haggle experience but it was not. I ended up walking out. I'm so glad I did because I got a newer car in the color I really wanted with more options for the same price they were offering from another dealer .

Still was a long wait to finish purchase, over 3 hs. Busy weekend. Miguel very personal and professional. I have bought automobiles last 20 years through GM family purchase and always knew the price was solid. I did have some feelings of uncertainty at Toyota but my wife loves the vehicle.

When I made an inquiry about one of their cars on-line they sent me a link that created the VIP pass. Their web site offered to show me a CARFAX report but when I clicked on their link CARFAX wanted to charge me to see it (which was unusual). I spoke with Jacob and he ed me a copy of the report free of charge. When I discovered that the car spent its first 6 years in Minnesota I was less enthusiastic about it because of possible rust. California cars don't present a rust issue. I decided to pursue other opportunities. But for quickly responding to my inquiry and following up with useful information I give this dealer 5 stars.

I wanted to purchase a Rav4 xse hybrid. They did not have one on lot, but Sean let us test drive different model. He mentioned the xse is new and scarce. If they did get one, he would call me, but couldn't promise me it would be there when I got there. (I have an hour drive to get to dealership). He said it's 1st come 1st serve. I haven't heard from him since. He and manager did not know what the VIP priority pass was. I thought he was a nice guy, but not helpful to me.
The good news is that Mona and Moe from Lodi Toyota ed me via text. They are ordering the specific vehicle for me and will call me when it arrives to pick up. All in good faith, they are holding it for me while I drive there. They are Awesome! Great customer service and fantastic experience!
