This request was for my step-daughter. She told me the GM was gone but she worked with someone else (don't remember name). They were kind, courtesy and tried to help, but in the end her credit rating and lack of a substantial down payment was a non-starter. (I figured it was, but wanted her to experience what it's like when people are not trying to take advantage of you.) She stated that when her finances are in better shape she will definitely go this route in the future.

I listen to the Kia of Round Rock ads on your show, and I wanted to buy a new Kia. My experience there was not anything like those ads. When I gave the priority pass to the receptionist, she didn't know what it was. She asked a salesman who took it off somewhere and returned and said that he would be glad to help me. We looked at cars and he answered my questions but actually seemed disinterested. The weren't busy at all. At the time, I was the only person in the showroom. I just left.
I'm writing just to let you know. I don't want anyone to get into trouble, but if it was my business I would like to know.
I still like your show and website.

Purchased a CPO Kia Soul+ with the help of Greg. When we brought it home found out that this model did not support Bluetooth for Android devices which was a must have for our vehicle. Called Greg, who was not aware of this issue and found us an alternate vehicle. This model was a CPO Kia Soul Base. The 2019 model did not have as many bells and whistles, not the color we wanted, but the ones we cared about were there and only 7k miles. The cost was a little more as well. We purchased the vehicle.

Greg was a stellar representative for SW Kia and I would not think twice about buying another vehicle from him. The only reason I gave the dealership 4 instead of 5 stars was due to the hassle of buying 1 car, finding it is not what we wanted (no fault of Greg's as he was not aware of the problem with this model) and returning it and going through the purchase of another vehicle.

I do want to note that SW Kia did make things right, even though I had to pay a little more for the vehicle.

Looking for a preowned car is like looking for a needle in a hay stack, and even if you find it chances are it may come to stick you! But not if you follow CarProUSA guidelines. That's exactly what I did when I needed a CPO for my daughter. I located the dealer, printed my VIP Priority Pass, called the point man Bruce Strassburg at Southwest KIA / Round Rock. Bruce was so excited about CarProUSA, he mentioned his professional relationship with Jerry, going back to mid 1990s, and I told him about my (almost) weekly with the CarPro radio show going back about fifteen years. When we got down to business, we set an appointment to be at Round Rock in four days. My daughter saw the CPO Kia Soul (exactly what she wanted) Bruce introduced us to his sales staff. Financing took about twenty minutes and we were out in about 2 hours. Now that is a record, the entire deal was so simple just because we were dealing with people approved by Jerry. And I would say this is the only way to buy a car and not have a regret the morning after! Thanks Jerry and Kevin.

Best experience ever in buying a car!! The power went out for two hours, they even sprang for lunch!!! Wonderful people!! Definitely a 5 star experience!!!
