Jim Feinstein was excellent. Informative, very attentive and created a relaxed atmosphere while I was contemplating my purchase. He was aware I was looking at other vehicles and never pressured me but pointed out the attributes of the CX5 over the others. Great experience. Will only buy through CarPro for future purchases

This was the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Tustin Mazda. We have found that this dealership goes the extra length to make sure the customer is happy with the purchase. I was happy to know they were a certified dealer and I was curious how the experience would differ using the VIP process.

We were either going to purchase our current lease (2016 Mazda CX-5) or look at a new 2019 CX-5 to see which was a better deal. Jim went over the numbers for us on buying out our current lease and gave us options on a new lease. We discussed what we liked and disliked about the 2016 vehicle and he selected a 2019 trim based on our preferences.

After a lengthy test drive (more than any other car I have tested over the years), we went over the numbers. As part of the deal, Jim was able to negate the $1100 in mileage overage and gave us a great price. We could not be happier with the experience, it just felt different than any other we have had in the past. Later, Jim sold us an accessory for the vehicle at his price, a nice touch. We are now enjoying a new 2019 vehicle for less per month than what we would be paying to keep the 2016 car.
