I initially met with Mike Earls, the General Manage and he assured me his team would take excellent care of me because Wiesner highly values Despreporno customers. Vince Taylor was excellent listening to what I wanted in a new truck and then proceeded to have me test drive a 2019 Canyon. After the test drive convinced me that the Canyon was an excellent choice for me, Vince then diligently worked to get me a great price, including besting a low loan interest rate from a worldwide credit union that I told him needed to be met or beat. I couldn't be more satisfied with my truck buying experience at Wiesner and the customer service I received from Vince.

When I walked into the dealership the salesman Mitch saw the Priority Pass on my binder. I passed it to him and was welcomed to the dealership. My wife & I detailed what we were looking for. Mitch detailed that the dealership could get it. We bought it and were in & out in about three hours. The BEST experience we have had in buying 4 other Buick's. Thank you.

Overall very good experience. Mason provided two vehicles that met our requirements and we test drove both extensively. The financing process was typically long but we were allowed to ask a lot of questions and the financing manager was professional, accommodating and very patient with us. Immediately after the sale the vehicle was waiting for us just outside the door spotlessly clean inside and out and filled with fuel. This was our second purchase with Wiesner and we will recommend them to others.

After a bad experience at Weisner Hyundai, I got online to the General Manager and stumbled upon CarPro. I didn't even know to mention it, however, Mike was awesome and found a car I could afford within a few hours. My salesperson Mason was fantastic, as were the finance managers. Everyone treated me like family. I will definitely return to Weisner Buick. Hyundai, absolutely NOT!!

Thank you Jerry for referring me to Weisner Buick/GMC in Conroe Texas. There are not enough words to describe the pleasant and wonderful car buying experience I had recently. I was unsure what model car I needed to purchase. However, my sales professional Vince Taylor made sure that I took home any make or model and as many as I needed to test drive in my own environment. Initially Vince rode with me on every test drive at the dealership and gave the most thorough demonstration of features on the vehicle that I was driving. He was not only thorough and courteous and pleasant but never questioned my indecisiveness the entire time. After several trips and many test drives on various models, I decided on the GMC Acadia Denali, my first SUV. The buying experience was so smooth with no hassle nor pressure. With the many cars I have purchased over the years, I have never been treated nor experienced such a pleasant car purchase. Usually I dreaded them. From the friendly ladies at the reception desk to the Finance Manager Annette Harris and many others, the dealership truly provided a pleasant experience. I can not say enough positive things about Vince Taylor the sales professional. He made the purchase so easy and seamless from the many test drives to signing on the dotted line. Just never a hassle or dreaded event. The deal was excellent from the trade in to the final price. Even the delivery of the vehicle was so detailed and complete. Features were explained again and even totally set up before I left the parking lot. It was definitely not the usual car buying experience but instead a visit and transaction with friends.
