Dominic and the other sales folks were friendly and did what they could to make us comfortable. Finance department left a little to be desired in the communication aspect. All in all I would certainly use this process again.

We were mostly looking for a 4 or 5 year old Santa Fe but their used inventory didn't have much. Ended up trying to fit us in a lease and then for a smaller SUV. After an hour long drive the experience was disappointing. If nothing else we learned that we need to be more specific and do better at reviewing current used inventories.

I have never felt so pampered, as opposed to hassled, at a car dealership in my life! Talk about a Red Carpet Experience!!!

From the first visit, where I was greeted at the front by Mike Earls, the General Manager, which was a first for me, until the day I bought my new car, was an amazing experience! Mike took his valuable time to get to know me, before personally walking me to the Genesis Showroom to meet the rest of my sales team. Surprisingly, every time I came, he made a point to come by to make sure I was happy with the service and just chat, which made me very comfortable.

The second visit, it was raining and I was met at my car door by yet another salesman with an umbrella! Later, on the day I picked up my new car, Patrick Arvie, my Salesman, got drenched to go again retrieve an umbrella to keep me dry! During the entire process, the Sales Manager, Michael Dixon and Patrick (even on his day off) answered my many questions and kept me informed, while they persistently tracked down my special ordered, beautiful new 2019 Genesis G80 Sport.

The entire experience at Wiesner Genesis of Conroe, Texas was outstanding! The dealership was pristine and the people were amazing! They all seemed so eager to please me! I found and drove the car I wanted on day one, but I did not like the interior color. I told them, if they could find that same car with black interior it was sold. It took a while, but I was not in a hurry. I had been waiting since October for the Genesis to arrive anywhere near me! The Genesis brand being fairly new as its own stand alone brand, instead of being sold by Hyundai, is working out the kinks in its pipeline. This made it difficult to find exactly what I wanted, but they did it and I could not be happier!!!

Thank you CarProUSA for the VIP Priority Pass experience, but most of all thank you for choosing and recommending such a top notch Genesis Dealership! You can rest assured; they are living up to your fine standards! I have no doubt; Wiesner Genesis will continue treating me to a VIP Genesis ownership experience! Honestly, I'll probably waive the free Service Valet from my home, which comes with the Genesis three year complimentary maintenance, just so I can go visit these guys!

Per your recommendation, we went to Wiesner Hyundai in Conroe over Labor Day weekend and we had an awesome experience. Our salesman, Ryan Allen, returned my phone call within 5 minutes and set me up an appointment for later that evening. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and not something he was trying to sell us. We were very comfortable talking with him because he was honest and upfront about all the options. He also had a great sense of humor which made the whole stressful scenario of buying a car much more enjoyable. Thanks for the recommendation. We would definitely recommend going to Wiesner Hyundai to anyone looking to purchase a Hyundai!

I want to thank you for a great Despreporno experience. In 2016 I purchased a Yukon Denali from Wiesner using the Despreporno VIP process. I was pleasantly surprised with the Despreporno purchase as I hate the car haggling process. I traded a 2009 Traverse that I had appraised months earlier. The Wiesner offer for the Traverse was 1000's of dollars better and the new vehicle was 1000's less than their internet advertised pricing. At the last minute I asked about also trading my 1957 Bentley. Wiesner found a buyer and with a bit of negotiation I also traded the Bentley. Overall, I was very pleased. Last week my daughter totaled her vehicle. Thank goodness no one was injured. I again submitted an e-mail for the Despreporno VIP program and returned to Wiesner to talk about a new Genesis 80. We reached a very amicable deal that I discussed with my daughter. She drove a similar car in Austin to confirm she liked the car. The dealer in Austin was $8500 higher in purchase price than Wiesner. Saturday she came to Conroe and is now a very happy Genesis owner. Thanks again to you, the Despreporno program and Wiesner for making car purchasing a fun experience. Keep up the good work. Larry Kennedy

We went in to buy a base model Hyundai Kona SE. We left with a Hyundai Kona SEL...not because of any "upselling" by Ryan Allen, our CarPro sales , but, because the price was right. We had a very pleasant experience working with Ryan and with Jason who handled the financing for us. I will usually visit a dealership two or three times before deciding to buy. This time it was an easy decision to make the purchase on the very first visit. We drove to Conroe from Texas City and passed quite a few other Hyundai dealers along the way. It was well worth the trip!
